1. Off-Road Use Disclaimer
All remapping, DPF/EGR modifications, and similar performance work are expressly supplied for off-road and motorsport use only. It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure the vehicle complies with road traffic laws. If the vehicle is operated on public roads in a modified state, liability rests entirely with the owner/driver.
2. Inspection Requirement
Our terms require that any alleged issues be returned to us for inspection before further work is carried out elsewhere. By instructing other garages to undertake additional repairs and a remap, the vehicle’s condition has been materially altered, and we are unable to verify the claims raised. This voids any entitlement to refund or remedial work from us.
3. Liability Exclusions
We cannot accept liability for:
• Pre-existing issues with the vehicle,
• Unrelated faults, or
