All services provided by KL Mechanical Solutions are intended for off-road or motorsport use only, unless otherwise stated. Vehicle modifications, including but not limited to ECU Remapping, Gearbox Remapping, Pop & Bang maps, Popcorn Limiters, Boosted Launch Control, and Stage 1/2/3 remaps, may not be road-legal in certain regions and are carried out at the customer’s own risk.

KL Mechanical Solutions accepts no liability for:

  • Any damage to the vehicle, drivetrain, engine, or associated components arising from modifications or tuning.

  • Any legal consequences resulting from the use of modified vehicles on public roads.

  • Warranty voidance or insurance implications caused by modifications.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that their vehicle complies with local laws, regulations, and insurance requirements following any modification. By using our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
